Job Description:

Parsons is hiring a Web Application Developer experienced in building user interfaces. The team delivers a wide set of capabilities across the enterprise to include data management, data delivery, high ingest rate cloud architectures, and analytic platforms. The software development work involves taking prototype features and integrating them into the web application. Imagine next with us!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements

• Review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements

• Document test results and resolve software problem reports

• Utilize software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment

• Provide specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and the use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) solutions in place of new development

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

• Experience developing production software

• Java, C and/or C++ skills, and some experience developing RESTful web services

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience with Angular

• Experience with Solaris and Linux OS

• Bachelor's Degree in related field

Salary Range: 

$92,200.00 - $175,700.00
