A highly skilled front-end development professional with 5+ years of experience building and managing enterprise-grade web applications. This role requires advanced expertise in modern front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES2023+), and TypeScript, as well as proficiency with frameworks like React, Vue, Svelte, or Web Components. The candidate excels in designing responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications, defining front-end architecture, and integrating with backend systems such as headless CMS, microservices, and cloud-based platforms. Experience with modern build tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack 5, TurboPack) and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright) is essential.

As a technical leader, the Web Developer Specialist provides mentorship, conducts code reviews, and drives architectural decisions while contributing to company-wide initiatives such as technical interviews and best practices. Expertise in design systems, reusable component libraries, and scalable solutions is critical. • Advocates for best practices in front-end development, including performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG 2.2+), and responsive design principles.

• Oversees web content strategy and implementation using headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Strapi, Sanity) and decoupled content systems.

• Collaborates with content owners to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant content publication, leveraging metadata-driven structures and APIs for dynamic content delivery.

• Implements personalized, accessible, and performant content experiences using modern UX/UI design principles and Core Web Vitals benchmarks.

• Ensures content workflows adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2+), SEO best practices, and performance optimization guidelines.

• Leads the execution of domain lifecycle strategies, including decommissioning, archival, data migration, and stakeholder communication.

• Maintains and optimizes legacy and modern web properties, ensuring alignment with security standards, performance benchmarks, and technical compliance.

• Coordinates with backend teams to deliver full-stack functionality, integrating modern front-end interfaces with API-driven services and serverless functions.

• Diagnoses and resolves technical issues, bugs, or regressions across multiple environments, browsers, and devices.

• Oversees adherence to responsive design systems, grid layouts, and mobile-first design patterns across web platforms.

• Utilizes design tokens, component libraries, and atomic design principles to ensure consistency in layout, branding, and scalability.

• Collaborates closely with UX/UI designers, contributing to Figma-based design systems and ensuring seamless handoff to development teams.

• Prototypes, tests, and iterates on new features or redesigns in collaboration with UX/UI teams, ensuring alignment with user-centric design principles.

• Architects, develops, and maintains reusable component libraries using modern frameworks such as React (with Hooks/Context/Redux or Zustand), Vue (3+), or Svelte.

• Leads the planning, development, and delivery of scalable web application modules using modular architecture and reusable components.

• Optimizes front-end builds using tools like Vite, Webpack 5, Rollup, or TurboPack within a modern CI/CD pipeline (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab).

• Produces and maintains technical documentation, design specifications, and architectural diagrams to support development and scalability.

• Performs system and requirement analysis, contributing to backlog refinement, technical feasibility assessments, and sprint planning.

• Applies advanced debugging, testing, and profiling techniques to resolve complex performance and integration issues.

• Owns the unit, integration, and E2E testing lifecycle, ensuring code quality and coverage using tools like Jest, Cypress, Playwright, ESLint, Prettier, and SonarQube.

• Integrates with backend platforms (e.g., RESTful APIs, GraphQL, E-commerce engines, CRM systems) and middleware using secure, scalable, and efficient practices.

• Implements test-driven development (TDD) or behavior-driven development (BDD) methodologies to ensure robust and maintainable codebases.

• Evaluates and improves performance metrics using Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse audits, and Real User Monitoring (RUM) tools.

• Conducts regular code reviews, enforces linting and styling rules, and mentors junior developers on best practices and emerging technologies.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a Web Developer, Front-End Engineer, or similar technical role, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade web applications.

• Deep expertise in HTML5 semantics, including accessibility (WCAG 2.2+ compliance) and SEO best practices.

• Advanced proficiency in modern CSS, including Flexbox, CSS Grid, custom properties (CSS variables), keyframe animations, transforms, clamp(), and media queries for fluid, responsive design.

• Experience developing and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries using tools like Storybook, Figma Tokens, or Zeroheight.

• Strong experience with utility-first CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS) and extending/customizing design tokens for scalability.

• Solid background in responsive, mobile-first development and layout debugging using browser developer tools.

• Expertise with CSS preprocessors (SASS, SCSS) and post-processing tools (PostCSS, Autoprefixer).

• Familiarity with modern CSS architecture patterns (e.g., BEM, OOCSS, Atomic Design, ITCSS).

• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES2023+), including modern syntax, features, async programming patterns, and modular architecture.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, including strict typing, interfaces, generics, and configuration for large-scale applications.

• Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, such as React (with Hooks, Context, Server Components), Vue 3, or SvelteKit.

• Proficient in setting up and configuring build tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack 5, ESBuild, Rollup) and optimizing builds for performance.

• Understanding of advanced JavaScript bundling concepts, including code splitting, tree shaking, lazy loading, and module federation.

• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services (e.g., authentication, analytics, payment gateways).

• Familiarity with GraphQL concepts, including queries, mutations, schemas, and caching mechanisms.

• Competency in performance debugging using Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, and real-user monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog, SpeedCurve).

• Strong version control skills using Git, with an understanding of branching strategies, pull request workflows, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).

• Experience with automated code quality tools like ESLint, Prettier, and Stylelint.

• Working knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2+) and experience implementing accessibility best practices.

• Proven experience mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and promoting knowledge sharing across teams.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to scope project tasks accurately, identify and mitigate risks, and align deliverables with stakeholder expectations.

• Professional-level English communication skills, with a minimum of B2 proficiency (C1 preferred).
