Role Summary:
As a Senior Frontend Developer at Founders Workshop, you will be instrumental in transforming client visions into reality. This role demands a blend of technological prowess and a visionary mindset, focusing on both the overarching goals and the meticulous details of software development. You will balance quality, cost, and speed to craft exceptional products, leveraging the latest in AI and technology trends.
What You'll Do:
- Implement Best Practices:Utilize best coding practices to create code that is both maintainable and efficient, ensuring our software meets the highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate Remotely:Actively engage with your team each day to coordinate and streamline activities, promoting a culture of transparency and ongoing improvement.
- Drive Progress:Communicate updates regularly and engage in proactive problem-solving to maintain momentum on project deliverables.
- Enhance Team Dynamics:Work closely with project leaders and fellow team members to swiftly identify and address any issues that could impede progress.
- Ensure Quality:Actively participate in code reviews and conduct thorough testing locally, upholding our commitment to deliver exceptional software consistently.
Who You Are:
- +3 years of experience as a React.js developer.
- +3 years of experience with CSS and HTML.
- Team play who has worked with full project team (including design, QA, and multiple developers).
- Flexible and responsive to changing requirements.
- Detailed oriented: Ensures that every aspect of the development is of high quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing, enhancing the usability and security of the final product.
- Adaptable:You are quick to adjust to new challenges and changes in project requirements, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Reliable Communicator:Your proactive and clear communication style ensures that all stakeholders are informed and engaged. You're meticulous in your work, always aiming to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations.
