Key Responsibilities- Design, develop and maintain web applications that integrate with sports data APIs
- Implement and optimize API integrations for real-time data delivery across multiple sports and events
- Collaborate with product managers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for sports data presentation
- Ensure applications are scalable, secure and maintain high performance under real-time traffic loads
- Debug and troubleshoot issues with API integration and web applications
- Suggest new features to improve navigation and operation of applications
- Stay updated on the latest trends in web development and sport data technologies to ensure we stay ahead of the curve
- Proven experience as a Web Developer
- Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Strong knowledge of server-side programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, or PHP).
- Hands-on experience integrating and working with RESTful APIs, especially with sports data APIs
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL alternatives
- Understanding of real-time data processing and caching strategies
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ideally Naples based
