Web Designer/Creative Designer

Web Designer:

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and execute visual concepts for projects.
2. Develop innovative and engaging visual content.
3. Translate client briefs and ideas into visually appealing designs.
4. Create storyboards, mock-ups, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in visual communication and design.
6. Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing creative solutions and recommendations.
7. Ensure that all visual content produced meets quality standards and project deadlines.
8. Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects, including source files and design assets.
9. Investigating user experience design requirements for our projects.
10.  Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the company.
11.  Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
12. Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
    Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
2. Experience of 1-3 years.
3. Proven experience as a Visualizer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work and understanding of UX/UI design. Experience of eCommerce/IT industry.
4. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)
5. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
6. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Attention to detail , Aesthetically Creative and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
8. Ability to take initiative, think creatively, and problem-solve independently.
9. Experience in motion graphics is a plus.
