What does a day in the life as a Web Application Developer Support look like?

  • Add supplier tires in the website (what type of tire in US)
  • Add API Keys credentials sample issue
  • Assisting customer on the backend, creating widget on customer site, navigating website
  • Wheels tire solution backend, ecommerce platform on tires, this is what they need to sell on dealership side
  • Supporting client website, how to embed widget to their site, web developing
  • Support the platform is the main task
  • Pricing changes in website, example, supporting client widget, like pricing of tires
  • Sample issue - Embedding widget to the website

What are the required qualifications of Web Application Developer Support?

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support/training environment or related is required
  • Strong communicator and customer service with the ability to build lasting relationships, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Strong initiative and outstanding work ethic
  • Strong knowledge and understanding in Web App or API creation
  • Good understanding of general software concepts
  • Committed to learning and pursuing personal development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Willing to work on a night shift

Nice-to-have qualifications:

  • Understanding of HTML and JavaScript
  • Experience working with Google Analytics
  • Experience providing virtual training sessions
  • Experience in embedding widget to websites and website management
