We are seeking a talented Web Developer with experience using React and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
Position location is on-site in Boulder, CO 5 days per week.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Utilize Jira for project management and tracking.
- Apply DoD standards and protocols to ensure compliance and security.
Required Skills & Experience
- Clearance Required: Secret. This position requires the ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance. Interim or Active DOD Secret clearance or higher is preferred. Due to the clearance requirement, U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidate also must agree to participate in a background screen.
- Proven experience as a Web Developer with expertise in React and JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of frontend testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with DoD projects is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Jira for project management.
- A passion for learning and staying current with industry trends.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Experience with MUI.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity graphing tools such as Plotly, Recharts or HighCharts.
- Familiarity with React state management such as Recoil, Redux, Jotai, Zustand.
- Experience with WebGL, GLSL, Three.js is a plus.
