Job Summary

The Wealth Manager is responsible for strategically sourcing and managing funds from retail, corporate, and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) customers to support Katsu lending operations. This role will focus on diversifying the funding base, ensuring an efficient capital management structure, and leveraging digital channels to optimize customer acquisition and retention. The successful candidate will play a critical role in reducing the company’s cost of funds, creating long-term customer value, and supporting the growth and sustainability of the organization’s operations.

What you will be doing

1.  Funding and Liability Growth

·       Develop and implement strategies to grow retail, corporate, and HNI liabilities to support the company’s lending operations.

·       Diversify our funding base to mitigate funding risks and create a more resilient funding structure.

·       Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate institutions, HNIs, and retail clients to drive fund mobilization.

2.  Capital Management

·       Play a pivotal role in optimizing the company’s capital management structure to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in wealth management or financial services
  • Strong understanding of capital management and funding strategies
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with corporate and HNI clients
  • Experience with digital banking solutions
