As an Associate Wealth Manager in J.P. Morgan Personal Investing (UK), you partner with us to develop new client relationships and generate qualified leads that support the growth of our wealth management business. You will proactively engage clients and prospects, understand their goals, and connect them to the right solutions. You will work closely with Senior Wealth Managers and marketing partners to convert campaigns and conversations into referrals and appointments. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation and referral strategies to support Senior Wealth Managers
- Engage proactively with clients and prospects across multiple channels to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding needs, motivations, and goals
- Qualify leads and coordinate next steps, ensuring timely handoffs and a strong client experience
- Collaborate with marketing partners to support campaigns that increase engagement, awareness, and pipeline
- Provide high-quality feedback on campaign performance to improve targeting and outcomes
- Prepare for client meetings and presentations with relevant insights, data, and materials
- Track activity and outcomes to support consistent follow-up and performance against objectives
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and refine outreach
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Two years of experience in sales and lead generation within financial services, wealth management, or a directly transferable commercial role
- Two years of experience building pipelines through outbound outreach, referrals, and relationship development
- Hold a Qualification and Credit Framework Level 4 qualification (QCF Level 4)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and credibly with clients and prospects
- Proven ability to influence and build trust through consultative conversations
- Strong organization and follow-up discipline, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities
