Job Description :
• 10 – 12 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering Domain
• Hand-on experience in Load Runner is a MUST. Experience with other tools like Jmeter, VSTS, SOASTA etc. is a plus
• Strong Experience in creating performance test strategy, design, planning, workload modelling, and elicitation of non-functional requirements for testing
• Have hands-on experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis (Infrastructure, Application and System level)
• Good experience in providing Performance Tuning Recommendations
• Hands on experience in profiling and performance monitoring
• Hands-on experience in using monitoring tools like Sitescope, IntraScope, Wily etc.
• Experience of using Service Virtualization tools like CA LISA, HP Service Virtualization etc. will be added advantage
• Prior Customer Facing Experience is a must
• Be able to recommend test methodologies, approach for testing and improving application's performance
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills are required
