Stakeholder Engagement

•    Schedule and attend meetings with landowners, Councils, management agents, and other stakeholders as necessary to discuss wayleave agreements and project updates.

•    Provide timely updates to the Wayleave Manager on progress and any issues that arise during the acquisition process.

On-Site Responsibilities

•    Conduct on-site visits to obtain wayleaves, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and signed.
•    Work closely with the Wayleave department to understand policies and processes, maintaining compliance with all regulations.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

Skills
•    Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including landowners and local authorities.
•    Good organizational skills, capable of managing changing priorities within tight deadlines while ensuring quality output.
•    Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
Personal Attributes
•    A proactive and results-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering outcomes and going the extra mile.
•    A team player who is adaptable and responsive to changes in deadlines and processes.
•    Confidence in asserting oneself in a professional manner while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.
•
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
