Washing Service Technician – Cloute Inc.

Compensation & Growth:
- Washing Techs typically earn $20–$24 per hour minimum
- Strong opportunity to grow into a Crew Leader role with higher pay

Each morning, you’ll meet with the Project Manager, review your task list, and then head out with your crew. Work is weather-dependent, so schedules may shift on rainy days.

- Comfortable with heights
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Bonus: Candidates who live between Fort Atkinson for flexibility
Schedule:
- Flexible schedule required
- Most work is Monday–Friday during business hours
- 2-week paid training to learn the fundamentals of the role
