What you'll do:

Perform tests on appliances or components, interpret and follow up on test results. Tasks are of a technical nature, of low complexity and in support of professional colleagues. Use existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Receive instructions, guidance, and direction from others.

In detail, you will: 

• Develop the Functionality of the washing machine, washer dryer, and tumble dryer product

• Prepare and execute lab activities related to the evaluation of appliances, in terms of functionality, safety and performance

• Actively participate in the development of new projects

• Work autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines to contribute to improvement

• Solve a range of straightforward to complex problems

• Interact with cross-functional teams, shares knowledge

• Broaden competence in own area; still acquire higher level skills

• Receive moderate guidance and direction in own area of knowledge

• Prioritize and organize own work to deliver to agreed deadlines

• Apply knowledge/skills to a variety of standard day to day activities

• Identify and solve problems in straightforward situations; generate possible solutions, analyze each using standard procedures

• Contribute actively to team activities, sharing experience and ideas

• Build productive relationships within and outside of own team

• Coach team to solve the problems with strategic thinking together with sense of urgency

• Support Cost reduction and Quality improvement activities

• Support Consumer Magazines activities

• Coordinate with Global laboratory for equipment, test procedures, test manual, capability, and competence

• Application laboratory facilities and equipment control

• Application laboratory capabilities and improvement planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor ’s Degree in Engineering

• 0-3 years of relevant R&D experience

• Good English communication
