El Ingeniero de Garantía Liaison sirve como el vínculo técnico crítico entre el departamento de ingeniería y el cliente OEM. Responsable del ciclo completo de gestión de garantías para sistemas de transmisión / caja de transferencia, desde el análisis práctico de la causa raíz de fallos en campo. Su misión es proteger la integridad del producto, reducir el gasto en garantías y mantener un alto nivel de confianza con el OEM.
Responsabilidades
Análisis Técnico y Causa Raíz
- Investigación de Fallas: Realizar desarmados detallados de unidades de transmisión retornadas (Caja de Transferencia, Unidades de Tracción Trasera) para identificar modos de falla mecánicos, hidráulicos o eléctricos.
- Resolución de Problemas: Liderar equipos multifuncionales a través del proceso 8D, utilizando metodologías RedX, Diagrama de Ishikawa y 5 Porqués para prevenir recurrencias.
- Monitoreo de datos: Analizar tendencias de datos de garantía (IPTV/CPV) para identificar problemas emergentes en el campo antes de que se conviertan en campañas de alta visibilidad.
Experiencia requerida
- Educación: Se requiere Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica o carrera afín con título y cédula profesional.
- Experiencia: Más de 3 años de experiencia en ingeniería automotriz, específicamente en la fabricación de tren motriz o transmisión.
Conocimientos Técnicos
- Profundo entendimiento de conjuntos de engranajes, convertidores de par (embragues) y lógica TCM.
- Familiaridad con la comunicación por bus CAN y herramientas de diagnóstico vehicular (CANalyzer, INCA, o similares).
- Conocimiento de los estándares de calidad IATF 16949.
