Nous recherchons un(e) Représentant des ventes - entreposage (3PL) pour notre division d’entreposage tiers (3PL) afin de rejoindre notre équipe.

Le candidat idéal possède une solide expérience en ventes dans un environnement 3PL. Il s’agit d’une personne motivée, consciencieuse et capable d’évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et rapide.



Responsabilités :

  • Développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, à partir d’un portefeuille existant ou par prospection auprès de nouveaux comptes.
  • Générer des prospects et assurer leur suivi dans les meilleurs délais.
  • Agir en tant qu’intermédiaire entre les clients et les représentants du service client (CSR) afin de garantir une tarification précise et rentable.
  • Contribuer au développement du portefeuille de transporteurs : établir des relations solides, bien comprendre leurs opérations, associer leurs axes de transport privilégiés aux marchandises, et collaborer avec eux conformément aux orientations de l’entreprise.

Compétences et expérience requises :

  • Expérience en ventes B2B dans un environnement 3PL, avec au moins 25 % du portefeuille lié à l’entreposage.
  • Expérience avérée en ventes dans le secteur du transport et de la logistique (3PL).
  • Personne très motivée, autonome, persévérante et disciplinée, avec un bon esprit d’équipe.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles.

Warehousing Sales Executive (3PL)

We are seeking a Warehousing Sales Executive for our 3PL Warehousing division to join our team! 

 

The ideal candidate will have a solid sales experience in a 3PL environment, will be a motivated and a conscientious team player capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

  • Develop new business opportunities, through current book of business or cold all into new prospect accounts.
  • Generate and follow-up on sales leads in a timely manner.
  • Act as an intermediary between customers and CSR’s to ensure pricing is accurate and profitable.
  • Assist with carrier portfolio, including developing strong relationships and operational understandings, helping match carrier preferred lanes with freight, and work with carriers as determined by the company.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3PL B2B sales experience, with at least 25% of their book of business in warehousing 
  • Proven track record in sales in 3PL transportation/logistics.
  • Highly motivated self-starter, tactfully relentless and disciplined, as well as a Team Player.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
