Warehouse Clerk (Temporary)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Temporary Warehouse Clerk (6-month project) to support our warehouse operations. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and distribution of medical devices and related materials. The ideal candidate is organized, follows strict quality standards, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of medical devices and materials
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts as needed
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of products according to company and regulatory standards
• Assist with returns processing and documentation
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with safety and quality guidelines
• Support other warehouse tasks as needed during peak times or staff shortages

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred; experience in medical or regulated environments is a plus
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including potential overtime

COMPENSATION AND CLASSIFICATION

• Classification: Full-time, exempt

• The hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00
• Classification: Full-time temporary position for 6-months
