Job SummaryWe are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Female Waitress to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, creating a welcoming dining experience, and working efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
The opportunity is open to Filipino female candidates only who hold a valid and transferable Saudi Iqama.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, answer questions, and provide menu recommendations.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor guest needs and respond to requests in a timely manner.
Prepare and set up dining areas before service.
Clear and reset tables while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Process customer payments accurately using the POS system, when required.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Valid and transferable Iqama (Required)
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Previous experience as a waitress or in the hospitality industry is preferred
Working Hours: 9 hours per day (including a 1-hour break)
Rest Day: 1 day per week
