Overview
Inabia is seeking a UX Designer to support its product team with a growing portfolio of digital experience initiatives and roadmap-driven improvements. This role partners closely with the UX Manager and Storefront Product Management team to deliver intuitive, user-centered solutions across e-commerce and digital storefront experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong Figma expertise and a demonstrated ability to guide a design from problem statement through research, outcomes, and iteration to final execution.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Conduct competitive analyses and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Apply UX best practices and design guidelines while ensuring consistency with established standards
- Support iterative enhancements and optimizations across existing digital experiences
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and apply user-centered design principles to deliver effective solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment
Key Qualifications
- Digital portfolio showcasing wireframes, high-fidelity visual design, and prototyping in Figma — required for every submission
- Portfolio must include at least one e-commerce, digital storefront, or customer-facing web experience case study demonstrating the full design process
- Strong expertise in UX design and Figma
- Proven experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within an established design system or contributing to design consistency at scale
- Familiarity with storefront or product management team workflows
