What you’ll do:
Finance: Capital Planning Internship Overview
As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the Capital Planning and Stress Testing (CPST) team in strategic financial planning and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in developing the annual Capital Plan, including stress testing and sensitivity analysis.
- Learn and apply statistical methods to forecast credit losses and capital buffers.
- Support model development and validation for stress testing scenarios.
- Create reporting and visualizations in Excel and PowerPoint for leadership presentations.
- Contribute to policy and documentation updates, including procedures and regulatory self-assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Finance teams, with opportunities to shadow FP&A, Treasury, and Accounting.
- Develop core skills in data analysis, financial modeling, variance analysis, communication, and leadership.
