As a Vulnerability Management Engineer, you will:
- Lead enterprise vulnerability management initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, applications, and code repositories.
- Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to enhance vulnerability detection, analysis, and remediation.
- Develop AI-driven automation to streamline vulnerability management processes and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with Cyber Security, DevSecOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Application teams to identify and address security risks.
- Analyze, prioritize, and manage vulnerabilities based on risk, exploitability, and business impact.
- Improve security operations by implementing AI-powered insights, intelligent workflows, and automated remediation recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement of vulnerability management practices using emerging AI technologies and automation.
- Ensure timely remediation of critical vulnerabilities while supporting organizational security and compliance objectives.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of experience in Vulnerability Management, Cyber Security, Infrastructure Security, or Security Operations.
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability management platforms such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7 InsightVM, Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of CVE, CVSS, CWE, MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10, vulnerability lifecycle management, and security best practices.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting for automation and security integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud security (Azure, AWS, or GCP), DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and container security.
- Experience with SIEM solutions such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or QRadar is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
You should possess the ability to:
- Design and implement AI-powered vulnerability management and remediation workflows.
- Analyze, prioritize, and manage vulnerabilities based on risk, exploitability, and business impact.
- Automate security processes and integrate vulnerability scanning into DevSecOps pipelines.
