About the Role — Vice President of Sales

We’re hiring a VP of Sales to architect, lead, and scale the next phase of revenue growth at Greenplaces. This role is about building the machine — not just running deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and own revenue targets in partnership with the CEO and Finance
  • Design territory plans, compensation strategies, and capacity models
  • Recruit, coach, and develop AEs and BDRs into a high-performance team
  • Architect a predictable, repeatable sales process across the funnel
  • Align Sales, BDR, Marketing, and Finance into a unified GTM motion
  • Provide the voice of customer feedback to influence product and strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership across both BDR and AE teams in a SaaS environment
  • Experience working within a VP of Sales or similar role 
  • Track record in Series A–C growth stages, building for scale
  • Metrics-driven decision-making and strong forecasting skills
  • Passion for coaching and developing top-performing teams
  • Values-driven leadership — balancing performance with empathy

  • Lead the shift from founder-led sales to a scalable GTM model
  • Build a repeatable motion that consistently meets aggressive growth targets
  • Play a central role in shaping Greenplaces’ market positioning and voice
  • Directly influence customer acquisition, retention, and long-term growth trajectory

Compensation

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary.
