Job Description:

At BeamUP, we are growing rapidly, and excited to announce that we are seeking a VP of Sales with extensive experience in enterprise solution sales. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of enterprise sales processes. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, building a high-performance sales team, and expanding our market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Build, lead and coach a sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

Enterprise Sales: Personally nurture and close deals with large enterprise accounts. 

Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, aligned with the company's global objectives, ensuring revenue growth, scale and market expansion.

Process Orientation: Implement and refine sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading high-performing teams selling SaaS solutions to large enterprises - a must.  
  • Experience selling AI or data analytics platforms is a big advantage. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute a clear sales strategy.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, including pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-centric approach.
  • English Native/ English fluent speaker-  MUST
