Reporting to the Managing Director of EMEA, your main responsibility is to develop and educate DACH agencies and brands on the value proposition of programmatic DOOH.
About this opportunity
The purpose of this role is to lead sales activity, maximize revenue and grow key partnerships across the respective Media Agencies and Direct clients that we operate with across the DACH market. This includes leading the development and implementation of sales strategy, go-to-market plans with Marketing and managing and maintaining our CRM system and Agency Blueprints for accurate and valuable forecasting and planning.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Evangelize the Hivestack brand in market, highlighting our solutions and capabilities in the space
- Develop a strategic plan to achieve revenue goals and execute effectively
- Prospect, source and close opportunities working with demand side partners; brands, marketers and agencies, and management of sales pipeline
- Identify growth opportunities for larger partnerships
- Strong relationship building ability, able to interface with varying levels within the client organization
- Conduct in person meetings and calls with client decision makers
- Attend industry events and relevant conferences
- Utilize sales process and tools to provide forecasts
- Deliver market feedback and trends to help shape future company needs
- Meet or exceed agreed upon revenue goals
- Travel when necessary
What do you need to perform in this job
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer technology or related field preferred
- Diploma of Advertising or Marketing
- 10 years of Sales experience with 3-5 years management experience
- Professional and personable
- Highly self-motivated, hard-working individual
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and effective presentation skills
- Strong reputation and relationships in market
- Ability to generate revenue, provide reporting and forecast accurately
- Excellent client service
- Represent the Hivestack brand and lift profile in market
- Sound understanding of Programmatic Advertising and the landscape in Germany
- Sound understanding of Out of Home landscape in Germany
- Develop Agency Strategy to achieve revenue goals
- Liaise with Marketing to develop collateral for region and go-to market plans
- Strong understanding of the Hivestack Platform and ability to present and demonstrate its capabilities
- Programmatic and/or digital experience
- Out of Home Sales experience
- Proven track record of success
- Experience in using a CRM system
- Industry short courses e.g. Programmatic Advertising Summit etc
- Ability to collaborate and work well within the extended team; effectively communicate and partner with all business groups including product, sales and customer support
- Good command of spoken and written English is a must

What We Do
Hivestack is the global, full stack, adtech company that powers the buy and sell side of programmatic digital out of home (DOOH) advertising.
On the buy side, marketers use Hivestack’s Demand Side Platform (DSP) to create measurable campaigns that activate DOOH screens in real-time based on consumer behaviour and audience movement patterns.
