100 Tasks is seeking a strategic and revenue-driven VP of Sales to lead our B2B expansion, drive institutional partnerships, and build a high-performance sales engine. This role is pivotal in scaling revenue through enterprise sales and positioning 100 Tasks as the go-to platform for startup execution methodologies.
The ideal candidate is a full-cycle B2B sales leader with a track record of executing high-value institutional deals and growing revenue in the startup, SaaS, or consulting industries. You’ll play a key role in forging relationships with VCs, accelerators, universities, and enterprise clients, crafting tailored sales strategies, and potentially building a world-class sales team from the ground up.
For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to take on a leadership role within a fast-growing company—with a path to MD status and equity upside. Candidate should be able to both get their hands dirty in the day-to-day, while also having the vision to build an entire function from the ground up.
You will be treated as essentially a co-founder of the venture with tremendous upside as we are already on the precipice of large scale.
Tasks
🚀 Full-Cycle B2B Sales Execution
* Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and outbound prospecting to deal closure and renewals.
* Develop scalable sales playbooks and leverage proven methodologies to maximize conversions.
* Optimize pricing structures and value propositions to drive high-ticket B2B sales.
🏢 Institutional Partnerships & Business Development
* Build and execute a targeted outreach strategy to engage VCs, accelerators, corporate innovation teams, and academic institutions.
* Secure high-value institutional partnerships that establish 100 Tasks as the default startup execution platform.
* Develop and negotiate enterprise licensing and bulk distribution agreements.

* Define and implement a structured sales funnel with clear KPIs and success metrics.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify strategic growth opportunities.
* Align with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.

* Lead and mentor early-stage sales hires, with the long-term goal of building a high-performing sales team.
* Foster a results-driven culture, implementing best practices in sales enablement and training.

Requirements
* 5-10+ years in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within SaaS, consulting, or educational products.
* Proven track record in selling high-ticket products—experience with info-products, SaaS subscriptions, or enterprise consulting services is a strong plus.
* Experience in a senior sales role at a competitor or a consulting firm specializing in startup methodologies is highly desirable.
* Strong deal-making and negotiation ability with C-level stakeholders.
* Deep network in the startup and VC ecosystem, with connections to accelerators, VCs, and ecosystem players.
* Ability to design and execute scalable B2B sales processes.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
