  • Build scalable top‑ and mid‑funnel programs (content, paid media, nurture) that generate qualified recruiting pipeline
  • Partner closely with recruiting and business leadership to align marketing output with conversion expectations and business priorities

    • Crypto and managed portfolio adoption
    • AUM and lifetime value growth
  • Lead go‑to‑market strategy for crypto and managed portfolio offerings, translating product differentiation into clear, compliant consumer value propositions
  • Design and optimize full‑funnel customer journeys, from awareness through conversion, funding, engagement, and retention
  • Build and scale performance-driven acquisition and lifecycle programs across paid media, SEO, content, email, and in-product experiences
  • Partner with Product and Experience teams to influence onboarding flows, in‑product messaging, and friction reduction that directly impact conversion and funding rates

  • Oversee execution across channels with a bias toward speed, testing, and measurable impact, while maintaining brand and compliance standards
  • Partner with Enterprise Marketing shared services to deliver creative, digital experiences, analytics, and campaign operations

  • Establish a culture of experimentation, test‑and‑learn, and continuous optimization tied to business outcomes
  • Develop dashboards, attribution models, and forecasts that clearly connect marketing activity to revenue and asset growth with analytics partners
  • Apply structured problem-solving to diagnose performance gaps and drive clarity when data or processes are incomplete

Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to Securities Sales and the Invest leadership teams
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Data, and Business leaders to launch and scale new offerings
  • Drive alignment when ownership boundaries, success metrics, or operating models are unclear
  • Represent prospect and growth priorities within Enterprise Marketing and advocate for resources and roadmap alignment

Team Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across prospect acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and analytics
  • Coach leaders to operate with ownership and accountability, particularly in bottom‑funnel performance
