We help companies make the transition from sales to customer success frictionless, driving greater efficiencies and creating unmatched customer experiences – all within Salesforce.

Culture is at the heart of TaskRay. We look for team members who share our values and bring them to life in their own ways. If these resonate with you, TaskRay could be the place for you:

Connection. Cultivate authentic connections with customers, partners, and each other. We believe in a customer-first mindset across everything we do, continuously learning and focusing on the ‘We’ rather than the ‘I’.

Integrity. We are transparent, sharing information and feedback freely. We infuse every action with honesty, fairness, and respect for customers and colleagues alike. We do the right thing, even when no one is watching.

Hunger. We have high expectations and expect high performance of ourselves and our teams. We constantly look to innovate and improve, unleashing our creativity and persistence to find solutions and deliver exceptional results.

Thrive. We love what we do and bring our best selves to work every day. We show up as real human beings who speak from the heart, value others’ contributions and invest in each other’s growth.

The Role

We’re looking for a VP of Product to join our leadership team and shape the future of our product. In this role, you’ll lead a team of product managers and designers while staying close to customers and go-to-market teams to ensure we’re solving the right problems. As a strategic decision-maker, you’ll own our product vision and roadmap, and partner across the company to ship features that drive customer value, revenue impact, and platform excellence. You’ll also help us continue to explore how AI can enhance both the product and how we build it.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals
  • Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team of product managers and designers
  • Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and mentorship
  • Build alignment across stakeholders by synthesizing feedback, balancing tradeoffs, and making clear, data-informed decisions
  • Engage directly with customers and go-to-market teams to stay close to market needs and translate insights into product direction
  • Actively participate in key sales conversations and support GTM with product expertise
  • Champion the adoption of AI tools and practices to enhance product design and development
  • Evolve the structure and focus of the product team as company needs change
  • Promote a culture of accountability, reflection, and continuous improvement within the product org and leadership team
  • Identify and mitigate product-related risks early and effectively

What you bring to the table:

  • B2B SaaS leadership: Proven experience leading product strategy and execution in a B2B SaaS environment; Salesforce ecosystem or ISV experience required; MBA preferred
  • Team building & scaling: Track record of growing and evolving product teams in mid-sized companies (25–200 employees), with attention to structure, process, and hiring
  • Strong decision-maker: Skilled in synthesizing input, building alignment, and making thoughtful, data-informed product decisions
  • Design & discovery mindset: Familiarity with modern UI/UX practices, customer research methods, and collaborative design workflows
  • AI fluency: Experience integrating AI tools or approaches into product development or the product itself
  • People leadership: Effective coach and mentor, especially for emerging managers and cross-functional team members
  • Self-aware & growth-oriented: High emotional intelligence, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous improvement

Compensation

Cash compensation for this role is commensurate with experience. Estimated salary range is between $200,000-$250,000. This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance targets and equity.

Additionally, TaskRay offers highly competitive non-cash compensation including:

  • Medical, dental and vision benefits
  • Every other Friday off
  • Flexible PTO
  • 12 weeks paid family and medical leave, 16 weeks for birthing people
  • Vacation bonuses
  • Anniversary bonuses
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • 401k matching
  • Cell phone reimbursement stipend
  • Employee Assistance Program

Location

This position is hybrid, based in Colorado. We value flexibility alongside intentional in-person collaboration, and expect this role to be in-office 2-3 days per week, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays as our core team days.

We will also consider exceptional candidates located outside of Colorado. These roles would be primarily remote, with occasional travel to Denver for team collaboration. Preference will be given to candidates who are based in Colorado and able to reliably commute to our Denver office.

We value diversity, equity, and belonging

At TaskRay, we celebrate differences and believe diverse teams create better solutions and stronger connections. We’re committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, genetic information, veteran status, or any other status protected by law. If you need accommodations during the application or interview process, please let us know. And if you meet most but not all of the qualifications, we encourage you to apply—we’d love to hear from you.

Application Deadline

This position will remain posted through 1/31/26 and may be extended until the role is filled.
