Key Responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle of our proprietary Bidding SDK and Exchange. You connect market signals to the roadmap, ensuring our tech meets the specific needs of advertisers and publishers.
- Collaborate with Data Science to deploy advanced models for bid-price estimation. You are expected to move beyond simple regression, leveraging ML (e.g., TensorFlow) to optimize CPM and win rates.
- Drive our technical compliance and strategy regarding OpenRTB and TCF. You will manage the interface between adjoe, the IAB foundation, and key mediation partners like AppLovin MAX, IronSource LevelPlay, and Google AdMob.
- Directly impact the P&L by balancing infrastructure costs (QPS) against revenue yield. You drive revenue growth by understanding the "why" behind the data.
- Align multiple cross-functional teams through clear OKRs and performance frameworks. You act as the key liaison between technical and commercial units, ensuring output translates into business success.
The Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years in AdTech with deep knowledge of mobile Ad SDKs and programmatic protocols. You can explain the mechanics of a prediction model as easily as a product vision.
- 5+ years of experience managing large, diverse product organizations in an agile environment.
- You are motivated by driving the business forward. You don’t just build software; you build systems that excite customers and scale revenue.
- You love digging into the numbers. You have experience influencing or managing Data Science teams and understand how to train models to predict market behaviour.
- You possess the communication skills to work effectively across the entire organization. You can translate complex technical dependencies into clear, actionable goals for stakeholders and partners.
