SUMMARY: As the VP of Product Management for Class II & Casino, you will play a crucial role in optimizing product-market fit and guiding our technical team towards successful execution. You'll be deeply embedded within the on-property casino landscape, building upon your industry network and driving the Casino/Class II product roadmap. The role requires frequent on-site visits to support new and existing partnerships with prospective clients. Your expertise in interpreting customer requests into detailed specifications for both hardware and software will be pivotal. You'll have the chance to collaborate closely with our software and hardware engineering teams alongside key stakeholders to shape and deliver top-notch features for our esteemed customers within the gaming industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV.
  • Help establish, own, and drive strategic vision and scope with all development, sales, and operations teams to create and launch products.
  • Must have working knowledge of SAS (Slot Accounting System) connectivity and communication protocol
  • Leverage your expertise to provide insights and recommendations on product selection and implementation strategies, while aiming to maximize ROI and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis in the field to identify needs and opportunities which translate into Product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Develop and prioritize product needs for new and existing markets to guide development.
  • Engage with our teams and our products to gain a familiarity with them and the markets that we serve.
  • Act as primary point of contact for any product related questions from sales, development, hardware, and operations teams in support of the overall success of the product.
  • Monitor and "own" product performance data available through reporting and team member engagement to provide product insights and seek optimization opportunities for our Casino products and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements, effectively communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Have working knowledge of various components of Slot Machines or Class II Devices
  • Develop sales, operational and technical product documentation (i.e., sales cheat sheets, user guides, launch plans, manuals, etc) utilizing available resources to support the overall success of our products.
  • Visit existing and prospective customers within the casino environment, to gather feedback and refine the user experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5-10 years relevant experience in the Casino Industry
  • Experience in electronic casino gambling with deep knowledge of SAS (Slot Accounting System)
  • Detailed knowledge with Casino Management Systems and how to deploy devices that interoperate with various systems effectively and accurately on the casino floor
  • The ability to transfer that Casino connectivity knowledge in a collaborative team environment
  • 5+ years' experience in working as a part of cross functional team
  • Experience working with teams for solution development from ideation to release
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Team player who collaborates well with others
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem identification and solving ability
  • Able to travel as needed
