The role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Product to lead the development and growth of the iR Ecosystem and Marketplace within iR Studio. The iR Studio platform is a hub for creators, businesses, and prosumers to access the tools necessary to design, build, and publish immersive web experiences. This VP will be responsible for not only building and scaling the marketplace but also for fostering strong relationships within the creator and developer communities that supply and enrich the marketplace. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), the VP of Product will play a critical role in shaping the future of the iR Studio platform.
What you’ll do
- Ecosystem & Marketplace Development: Lead the strategy, design, and execution of the iR Ecosystem and Marketplace, ensuring it meets the needs of creators, developers, and businesses.
- Creator & Developer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with the creator and developer communities to ensure a robust supply side for the marketplace.
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with the overall company strategy and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product success.
- Market Research & Analysis: Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Revenue Growth: Drive the growth of the marketplace, including user acquisition, engagement, and monetization strategies.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing product teams.
- Proven track record of building and scaling digital ecosystem, preferably in the tech or digital media industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Solid understanding of digital platforms, immersive technologies, and the tools required for creating web-based experiences.
- Experience in developer or creator relations, with a strong network within these communities.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable product plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
Salary Range
$200,000—$230,000 USD
Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
