Demand for our ASRS and AMR solutions is growing, requiring us to scale deployments and ensure round‑the‑clock operational readiness while maintaining reliability and performance. Looking ahead, we’re accelerating a shift to integrated, end‑to‑end solutions - adding new products and forging strategic partnerships. This role will lead the effort to streamline the ASRS or AMR Operational Value Stream (OVS)—standardizing processes, codifying metrics, and shaping the partner model that underpins our future operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Streamline the ASRS or AMR Operational Value Stream (OVS) — Drive operational excellence across Solutioning, Deployment, and Operations by building scalable processes and governance to improve delivery, quality, and unit economics.
- Collaborate with leadership on the transition to an end‑to‑end solutions model — Shape operating systems, establish partnerships, and build organizational capabilities, including developing highly collaborative teams.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Engineering foundation with strong systems thinking — Ability to model complex operational flows, identify constraints, and design scalable processes that integrate technology, people, and partners.
- Values resonance — Demonstrates behaviors and decision-making that reflect our core values.
- End‑to‑end (E2E) solutions leadership at scale in a mature DX context (Automation/ERP/WMS or similar) — Delivered measurable improvements in lead time, reliability, and cost‑to‑serve across solutioning, deployment, and run‑ops.
- Leadership in complex, on‑site operations — Built highly collaborative teams and landed change in environments with legacy systems and safety/compliance constraints, achieving measurable gains in stability and throughput
- Native‑level Japanese & English to drive outcomes with customers and partners
