We’re looking for a Director of Operations to join our HQ supply team and lead a global organization of ~50 operations specialists. Reporting to the Chief Supply Officer, you’ll own the full supplier lifecycle after deal closure — from onboarding and inventory management to booking fulfillment, payments, and content quality.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll ensure our suppliers experience best-in-class operational support while driving efficiency, scalability, and supplier satisfaction across markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and scale our global supply operations team across Asia, LATAM, and EMEA.
  • Drive operational excellence in onboarding, inventory accuracy, booking fulfillment, and payments reconciliation.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure top content quality and service levels, focusing on KPIs like availability, decline rate, approval time, and supplier satisfaction.
  • Act as the key stakeholder for our backend supply systems and CRM tools, partnering with Product and Tech to improve processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply, Customer Support, Finance, and Tech to deliver a seamless experience for both suppliers and travelers.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in operations or customer service within travel tech, eCommerce, or marketplace environments.
  • 3+ years leading multi-regional/global teams with proven success in scaling operations.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience improving KPIs and operational processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent English required, other languages a plus.
