Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
10+ years in B2B SaaS or AdTech marketing, with global team leadership experience. You've led marketing teams of 20+ people including managing other managers and remote teams, and have operated in high-growth environments where strategies shift as the business scales. You understand long sales cycles and technical products — at adjoe, that means marketing to both advertisers and publishers across a complex, fast-moving adtech landscape.
Owns the global marketing strategy end-to-end. You align PR, Content, Design, Events, and Demand Gen into a coherent global strategy tied directly to company revenue targets. You manage the global marketing budget, allocate resources across regions and channels, and build the systems and playbooks that allow a marketing department to operate efficiently at scale.
Drives GTM and product marketing. You oversee Product Marketing to develop value propositions, sales enablement tools, and competitive intelligence for adjoe's full product suite — ensuring the product roadmap stays aligned with market demand through close collaboration with Product and Business teams.
Lead generation and pipeline ownership. You manage the strategy for lead generation and pipeline growth, ensuring a consistent flow of MQLs for global sales teams across regions.
Brand and market presence at a global level. You own adjoe's global brand identity through PR, thought leadership, and industry events — while leading regional teams to maintain brand consistency and supporting localized execution in key markets.
Communicates complex information clearly, at every level. You present to internal stakeholders and at industry events with confidence, balancing high-level strategic vision with the practical details of campaign and event execution.
Proficient in modern MarTech. You work confidently with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms to measure, optimize, and scale marketing performance.
