VP of Integrated Community Partnerships
Are you a relationship-builder who thinks in systems and leads with purpose? 211 San Diego is looking for a VP of Integrated Community Partnerships to lead our Community Information Exchange (CIE) — one of the most respected cross-sector data-sharing networks in the country.
In this role, you'll build trust with health, social service, education, and government partners across the region; lead a talented CIE team; and help translate real-time data into better outcomes for the people we all serve. You'll shape data governance, strengthen partner agreements, and champion a person-centered model that's helping redefine what integrated care looks like in San Diego.
We're looking for someone with 8+ years of progressive leadership in health, human services, or public health, deep familiarity with data-sharing frameworks (HIPAA, CIEs/HIEs, SDOH), and a track record of leading multi-agency collaborations. Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Health Informatics, Public Policy, or Healthcare Administration
- At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience in social services, healthcare, and public health sectors
- General understanding of HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and FERPA
- Expertise in data sharing platforms such as CIEs and HIEs or care coordination software
- Strong grasp of Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) frameworks and referral ecosystems
- Exceptional external communication skills and experience influencing executive-level stakeholders
- Experience in project management, setting and meeting goals and milestones
- Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear service delivery strategies
- Experience managing multi-agency coalitions or cross-sector steering committees
- Experience with Collective Impact and Care Coordination models
- Experience with healthcare and/or social services providers in the San Diego region
- Bilingual
