This is a career-defining opportunity for a leader who thrives in high-growth environments, loves untangling complexity, and can turn data, insight, and cross-functional debate into decisions that accelerate performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the EMEA planning rhythm
  • Lead the full planning cycle for the region (PT, Consensus, forecast reviews) ensuring quality, consistency, and clarity in every submission.
  • Align country teams to global frameworks-embedding standards, expectations, calendars, and deliverables.

Champion forecast quality and insight
  • Drive accuracy and accountability across commercial forecasts; coach markets on building reasoned, insight-backed assumptions.
  • Pressure-test submissions, stress-check scenarios, and create forward-looking hypotheses that shape decision-making.

Create cross-functional alignment that sticks
  • Ensure Sales, Finance, SS&A, and Operations speak a common planning language.
  • Facilitate conversations that turn ambiguity into clarity and conflicting priorities into unified action.

Lift regional planning maturity
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of orchestration leads and analysts.
  • Introduce new behaviours, processes, and tools that strengthen ownership, precision, and agility across all markets.

Act as the EMEA voice in global planning
  • Represent regional insight, risks, and opportunities at global forums.
  • Translate global expectations into action and clarity for markets across Europe.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • 15+ years' experience in commercial planning, IBP/S&OP, forecasting, or operations within CPG, consumer durables, or retail/e-commerce.
  • Proven success leading multi-country planning processes across EMEA.
  • Experience aligning regional planning to global frameworks and driving accountability across diverse teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and comfort shaping narratives that influence leaders and drive decisions.
  • Systems and data fluency (Anaplan, SAP IBP, Power BI or similar).
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving portfolios and planning cycles.
  • Exceptional communicator who brings structure and calm to complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

What We Do

SharkNinja redefines fast-paced. Bringing new, complex products to market in new categories every six months is not for the faint of heart. As a result, the talent that comprises our workforce is intelligent, committed, creative, and resilient no matter which department you call home. Everywhere you look here, you see the best of the best.

What makes SharkNinja unique is our method – almost a proprietary intensity – that is shared from top to bottom and produces incredible results. Ours is a winning team that creates the opportunity for anyone to be a winner. It’s a place where we can all (and are expected to) test, fail, learn, win, scale, and do it fast without ego. It’s not easy here by any stretch, but when you see that product that was just a sketch on a slide six months ago and is now on Amazon getting rave reviews, you can’t help but think, ‘Wow, look what we did together.’ If you like that feeling, then SharkNinja might be the place for you.

Why Work With Us

Whether your passion is engineering, designing, marketing, or developing, at SharkNinja you’ll find we’re all about people. We work together to create world-class products that delight our consumers. Building an admired consumer products problem solving engine is hard; we do it better than others by operating differently.
