Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
  • Develop and execute a business plan for territory in collaboration with cross functions that define business strategy and tactics to maximize market penetration and drive ETF flows.

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow ETF AUM in Taiwan.

  • Monitor market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory developments.

  • Organize educational programs, roadshows, and training sessions for brokers and institutional clients.

  • Ensure compliance with Taiwan’s regulatory requirements and coordinate with product teams for product development and approvals

Requirement for the Role :
  • Undergraduate in business, finance or related discipline required.

  • MBA or CFA preferred.

  • 8+ years of investment industry, strong knowledge of and prior experience with ETFs required.

  • Strong understanding of ETF structures, liquidity, and trading mechanisms.

  • Minimum of 5 years of client facing or business development experience in a wholesale team.

  • Prior experience of the ETF ecosystem across Equities and/or Fixed Income

  • High levels of self-motivation and a strong work ethic

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in technology solutions related to portfolio management, trading and data analytics.

  • Local licensing requirements are expected to be fulfilled

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
