The RoleThe VP of Growth & Demand is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving all facets of pipeline generation and revenue acceleration. You will own Observe’s integrated growth strategy across demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), product-led growth (PLG), developer marketing, digital marketing, and lifecycle engagement.
You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps to ensure marketing is a force multiplier for the business by aligning growth investments to revenue priorities, optimizing performance across the funnel, and scaling programs that drive predictable growth.
This role combines strategy, operational excellence, and leadership. You will shape how Observe shows up in the market, build the infrastructure for scale, and lead a high-performing team focused on measurable outcomes.
What You’ll DoOwn the enterprise growth and demand generation strategy: Define and execute integrated demand campaigns and plans that fuel pipeline and revenue growth across enterprise and commercial segments.
Lead a modern growth organization: Build and scale a team spanning demand generation, ABM, PLG, developer marketing, digital, and marketing operations with clear accountability to performance metrics.
Drive predictable, account-based pipeline: In partnership with Sales, design and execute coordinated, multi-channel ABM programs that generate and accelerate pipeline from target accounts. Establish coverage goals, align investment models, and continuously improve conversion and velocity.
Modernize the digital engine: Oversee Observe’s digital ecosystem including web, paid media, and content syndication, ensuring consistent engagement across all touchpoints.
Operationalize intelligence (in partnership with RevOps): Integrate data, intent, and analytics to drive targeting, measurement, and insight.
Align GTM leadership: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive messaging, campaigns, and account strategies.
Steward growth investment: Own budget strategy and allocation across channels, optimizing spend and forecasting ROI to executive and board stakeholders.
Champion experimentation: Foster a culture of iteration and learning by using data to refine campaigns, offers, and channel performance.
12+ years in B2B enterprise marketing with deep experience leading growth, demand generation, or field marketing in SaaS or infrastructure software.
Proven success driving predictable pipeline and revenue growth through ABM, PLG, developer marketing, and data-driven programs.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and demonstrating clear ROI to executive stakeholders.
Strategic acumen with the ability to operationalize complex initiatives.
Strong alignment with enterprise sales dynamics and the realities of multi-stakeholder buying.
Executive presence with excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing across C-level peers and board discussions.
