EVPassport is seeking an experienced VP of Enterprise Sales to join and oversee our Enterprise Sales team. As the VP of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, establishing and building out a enterprise-focused program for our Sales Directors, and helping to close new business with enterprise customers across multifamily, retail, hospitality, workplace, etc. You will work closely with Sales leadership, Product, Deployment Operations, and other teams to achieve our sales goals.

Our ideal candidate will have a programmatic view of how to build and run a successful enterprise-level sales team, including the ability to introduce and launch a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy and system to identify and close new business, as well as expand a number of accounts.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy and system to identify, close, and expand a number of enterprise-level accounts (within multifamily, hospitality, retail, workplace, parking operators, etc.)
  • Lead and mentor a growing enterprise sales team of Sales Directors
  • Target key national, enterprise-level accounts by leveraging your existing relationships with decision-makers across commercial real estate, including but not limited to multifamily, hospitality, retail, parking operators, etc.
  • Collaborate with other Sales executives and Marketing to craft compelling customer stories and develop sales materials to help showcase and target key accounts at the enterprise level
  • Collaborate with the Product team to ensure our EV charging solutions meet the evolving needs of enterprise customers
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce to ensure transparency and accuracy
  • As a player-coach, help negotiate and close large, complex deals with enterprise-level customers
  • Represent EVPassport at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

  • 15+ years of experience, with at least 10 years being Sales management experience
  • Proven experience implementing and running a programmatic sales strategy for Sales Directors or Enterprise-focused teams
  • A proven track record of success as a player-coach in enterprise sales, preferably within EV charging, enterprise solar, and/or hardware & SaaS tech
  • Strong leadership skills with experience developing and leading an enterprise-focused sales team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • The ability to develop and execute systematic sales programs to help open and acquire national accounts
  • A deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, and the ability to manage complex sales processes
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, sales analytics, and sales metrics
  • Prior experience selling into national, enterprise-level accounts related to CRE
  • A strong, established network of contacts within the enterprise-level market, specifically within multifamily, hospitality, retail, workplace, parking operators, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
