Position Summary

The Vice President of Data and Innovation will be a strategic leader responsible for driving our data and AI ecosystem initiatives. This individual will leverage deep expertise in data product development and AI to create a transformative impact across the organization, focusing on scalable data solutions, innovation in AI applications, and establishing a robust data-driven culture. This position will report to Chief Digital Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of scalable data products and AI solutions to support enterprise growth
  • Lead the maturation and optimization of our data lake strategy, ensuring seamless data integration, accessibility, and quality across the organization
  • Build and oversee a high-performing offshore global data team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring consistent delivery standards
  • Drive the implementation of data governance and data management best practices, supporting data democratization while maintaining data security and compliance
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize AI and data initiatives, using insights to guide product innovation and enhance decision-making
  • Establish and continuously improve frameworks for data science, machine learning, and analytics, transforming data into actionable insights
  • Evaluate and implement advanced analytics tools and platforms to support the organization's evolving data infrastructure and AI ecosystem
  • Cultivate a data-driven culture across the organization, evangelizing data best practices and empowering teams to leverage insights for strategic growth

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in building data products and AI ecosystems, with a proven track record in leadership roles
  • Strong background in data science, data engineering, and AI product lifecycle management, including deploying AI in production environments
  • Demonstrated ability to align data and AI strategies with broader organizational goals, fostering a data-driven culture
  • Expertise in cloud-based data solutions and AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence at all levels
  • A visionary mindset with a passion for emerging AI and data trends
