Job Summary
Comcast seeks an accomplished, visionary Regional Vice President of Comcast Business to lead a sales and marketing organization of approximately 200 professionals, driving strategic growth and market leadership in the Mountain West Region. This executive will oversee a multi-hundred-million-dollar revenue portfolio and serve as a key driver of Comcast’s growth strategy and long-term success in the commercial services segment. The ideal candidate combines transformational leadership, deep industry expertise, and a proven ability to deliver results through innovation, talent development, and strategic execution in a rapidly evolving marketplace.The Mountain West Region includes Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, and Idaho.
Job Description
Provide strategic leadership for a high-growth commercial telecommunications sales and marketing organization.
Drive long-term, sustainable value for shareholders, customers, employees, and communities while achieving short-term performance objectives.
Deliver on assigned goals for sales, installations, revenue, operating P&L, capital budgets, ROI, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute effective sales channel and go-to-market strategies to capture market opportunities and accelerate profitable growth.
Build market awareness of Comcast’s commercial products and services; actively engage with the regional business community and industry forums.
Foster a culture of excellence by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to build high-performing, engaged teams.
Leverage analytics and market insights to inform strategy, optimize performance, and drive operational efficiency.
Collaborate across a matrixed organization — including Sales, Marketing, Product, Service Delivery, Operations, and Customer Care — to ensure seamless execution and superior customer experience.
Partner closely with HQ's Comcast Business leadership to align regional strategies with national objectives.
Oversee budgets, forecasts, project plans, and schedules, including new market deployments and product launches.
Maintain strong knowledge of internet, voice, and video solutions, economic drivers, and competitive landscape.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies to minimize business risk.
Serve as a key ambassador for Comcast Business within the regional business community.
Availability for extended hours and weekends as business needs require; regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Comcast experience required.
Minimum 10 years of progressive executive-level leadership experience in telecommunications or related technology sectors, managing businesses of $100M+.
Proven success leading large-scale commercial sales, marketing, and business development functions in high-growth environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead transformational initiatives and deliver sustained growth.
Strong business and financial acumen with deep understanding of small and medium business economic drivers.
Experience managing large P&L budgets and driving ROI.
Build strategic partnerships to expand market reach and enhance Comcast’s position as a trusted business solutions provider.
Expertise in developing and executing sales channel and go-to-market strategies.
Track record of implementing operational processes that improve productivity and efficiency.
Ability to attract, recruit, and retain top talent while building high-performing teams.
Skilled at navigating complex, matrixed organizations and collaborating across diverse functions.
Must be based in Denver and willing to travel domestically as needed.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Primary Location Pay Range: $278,996.07 - $418,494.10Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
