You will define and secure the capital that powers re:cap’s marketplace. Working closely with our senior leadership team, you will ensure our business model scales sustainably and our capital supply keeps pace with growth.

Strategy – Shaping capital supply

• Shape our capital supply strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business model and enables customer financing at scale

• Anticipate future funding needs and capital market opportunities

• Bring a capital perspective to the development of re:cap’s marketplace product offering

Fundraising – Building strong relationships

• Lead and manage refinancing programmes, including upsizes, amendments, and extensions

• Design and implement financing solutions and partnerships that enable sustainable growth

• Represent re:cap to financing partners, pitching our vision and business potential

• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, debt funds, institutional investors, and other capital providers

Execution – From plans to results

• Structure, negotiate, and implement optimised financing agreements in close coordination with legal and tax advisors

• Manage treasury operations, including liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and covenant compliance

• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure robust operational and risk management processes

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a structured finance or asset-backed financing role. Previous relevant experience in a financial institution, debt fund, or in the finance team of a fintech is a must

• You have a proven track record in structuring, executing, and managing complex financing transactions, with deep knowledge of debt negotiation and loan documentation

• You are comfortable taking on both operational and strategic responsibilities, leading multiple work streams simultaneously, and making decisions that impact business growth

• You have excellent communication and project management skills and can confidently represent the company to internal and external stakeholders.

• You have strong Excel skills, including financial modeling, and solid knowledge of risk management, compliance, and treasury processes

• You are highly self-organized, fast-moving, and proactive

• Experience with tech-driven or remote companies is beneficial

• You are fluent in English, German is a strong plus

• You have a valid EU work permit and reside within the EU (re:cap does not provide visa or relocation support)
