POSITION OVERVIEW:

 

As a VP, Account Management, you will be the main point of contact for our valued client, assuming a leadership role for assigned projects and collaborating closely with client channel leads. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners internally, including Planning, Project Management, and Creative departments. You will have the opportunity to develop and mentor junior team members, shaping their growth and ensuring the highest quality work

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and competitive landscape. Develop strategic marketing plans and provide insightful recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and delivering exceptional client service. Continually engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, anticipate challenges, and proactively provide solutions.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring flawless implementation across multiple channels, including digital, print, TV, and experiential. Coordinate with internal teams, such as creative, media, and production, to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, tracking expenses, optimizing resources, and providing accurate financial reporting to clients. Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget while maximizing ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of account executives and coordinators, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Set clear objectives, provide constructive feedback, and promote professional growth for team members.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the advertising industry. Leverage your deep knowledge of the market to identify opportunities for innovation and drive continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Proven experience in Account Management or similar role, with a minimum of 8 years of industry experience.
  • Track record of successfully developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns for automotive brands, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Exceptional client management skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Automotive, Retail, or Luxury brand experience highly preferred.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $130,000 to $200,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
