- Completed industry examination, such as Insurance Intermediary VBV or Certified Insurance and Pension Advisor IAF, or higher
- Demonstrable sales experience in the insurance and finance industry
- Strong sales and consulting aptitude
- Fluent German and English
- Italian language skills
- High commitment and target- and performance-oriented working style
- Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills
