- Completed industry examination as an insurance intermediary VBV or insurance and pension advisor IAF, or higher qualification
- Demonstrable long-standing sales experience in the insurance and financial services industry
- Strong sales and advisory skills
- High commitment and target- and performance-oriented working style
- Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills
