VOIP Engineer

MUST HAVE:

• CCNE certified
  
• CCIE Voice lab certified
• 5+ years hands on VOIP engineering experience including:
• High volume contact center
• Multi-site VOIP Configuratin
• H.323, SIP and/or MGCP protocols
• Exceptional administration, troubleshooting, and support experience with Cisco UCCX
• Working knowledge of telecom/data circuits
• T1’s
• Eithernet
• MPLS
• PRI’s
• SIP Trunks
• LAN & WAN Networking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

NICE TO HAVE:

Design, integration, and deployment experience
