Job Description
The Platform Analyst manages and optimises our VOoC (Voice of the Customer) platform, ensuring efficiency, clarity, and alignment with stakeholder needs. This role also supports the infrastructure for dashboard reporting and data analysis.
VOC (Voice of the customer) Platform Management
- Design, update, and manage surveys, reports, and data tables within the VOC platform
- Monitor survey performance and ensure data quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align VoC (Voice of the Customer) data with business goals and team needs
Data Analysis
- Convert raw survey response data into usable insights, pivots, and summaries through Excel (Power Query), Power BI, Python
- Create dashboards and visual reports to communicate findings effectively
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Candidate should have a minimum of 6+ years of experience.
- Experience with VOC Platform architecture (Qualtrics, Medallia, InMoment) is must.
- Familiarity with fundamentals of survey design, data collection and analysis
- Competency with data analysis tools: Power BI, advanced Excel
- Basic SQL querying or Python automation is a plus.
