As a Visual Merchandiser Designer with one our luxury beauty clients, you will play a pivotal

role in supporting the execution of the brand's visual merchandising initiatives. Working within a

dynamic and creative environment, you will be responsible for managing communication,

timelines, and processes to ensure seamless execution. You will collaborate with internal teams

and external vendors to deliver outstanding visual experiences that align with the brand's

identity. This early career opportunity is expected to start at the end of this year and is perfect

for an individual who wants to dive in and learn more about branding, visual merchandising and

working in matrixed teams. You are a self-starter eager to be part of a driven team of creatives

with 1-2 years prior experience working in a team environment.

Some of the responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Support the development of visual merchandising guidelines for all marketing programs.
  • Sketch and design new visual merchandising concepts for events/hallmark spaces.
  • Ownership and maintenance of VM asset library to support guidelines and planograms.
  • Assist in building preliminary mockups of new concept design models and visual storyboards as needed.
  • Assist in preparation of material and presentations for internal reviews.
  • Project management, communication of and track timelines with external vendors and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and project manager to ensure on-time delivery of visual merchandising-related creative assets.

Requirements
  • Ability to work in both 3D and 2D and oversee the entire scope of VM and design projects.
  • Ability to project manage, communicate and track timelines with external vendors and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented and action-driven, with a proactive approach to initiative, ownership, and accountability.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideal Candidates Should Possess:
  • 1-2 years of visual merchandising experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Visual Design, Merchandising, Fine Arts, or Interior Design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp (required), Microsoft Office

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $69,000 - $75,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
