Sr. Visual Dubbing Supervisor

What we are looking for:

As a Visual Dubbing Supervisor you will be charged to supervise projects ensuring flawless execution and delivery of the Immersive Dubbing process. Job Responsibilities:

• Ingest/process media and set up projects while adhering to established organizational guidelines. This will include in-depth knowledge of industry standard file formats: ProRes, EXR, DPX, and TIFF sequences. 
• Manage visual dubbing tasks and existing team needs.
• Work closely with the Production Lead to ensure deadlines and high-quality standards are met.
• Gain a deep understanding of the entire visual dubbing pipeline to assist with problem-solving and software troubleshooting where necessary.
• QC and give final sign off of every stage of the visual dubbing process.
• Liaise with UK and US supervisors to streamline processes and tasks across international teams.
• Proficient in Davinci Resolve as an editing, compositing and color workflow system.
• Familiarity with G-Suite, specifically with high-level technical skillset in Google Sheets.
• Professional experience with ShotGrid/Flow as a shot-by-shot task management software. 
• Ability to deliver industry standard file formats for digital intermediate and broadcast if necessary.
• Some examples will include HDR, Dolby Vision, and various ACES color workflows laid out by our studio partners. 
• Ability to conform long-form timelines, while applying minor VFX comp fixes and color tweaks where necessary in DaVinci Resolve.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of working in a TV/animation/film post production pipeline.
• 3+ years of VFX editor, assistant editor, or online-editor experience. 
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.

Our interview process is three rounds with some casual Zoom (or in-person) coffee in between to get to know each other: 

Recruiting Screen: 30-45 minute call with our recruiting team (We want to discuss your interests and motivations as well as the practical details and make sure that Flawless would be a good fit for you)

Team Interview: 45-60 minutes digging into your past experience. Primarily asking you to talk through your past work and experience within the industry.

Hiring Manager / Behavioral: 60 minutes onsite with our HM. Discussing how you work and how you have approached different experiences in the past. We want to make sure that our environment will be right for you and that you will enjoy working here.
