We are seeking a Visual Designer (Associate) to join our Creative & Communications team. In this role, you will contribute to creating clear, concept-driven visual communication across formats and mediums - translating complex ideas into structured, engaging, and user-centric design solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop outputs that align with brand systems, communication goals, and user needs. A strong focus on design craft, attention to detail, and consistency in execution is essential, along with a solid foundation in layout, typography, and information hierarchy.
This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse projects while strengthening your approach to visual storytelling, system thinking, and high-quality execution within a collaborative and evolving design environment.
What You'll Do :
- Design & Execution
- Develop visually compelling and conceptually rich communication across formats, including campaigns, visual narratives, and communication assets
- Create high-quality layouts, graphics, and visual systems for print and digital collaterals
- Translate complex information into clear, engaging, and well-structured visual outputs
- Apply strong design craft - typography, color, composition, and attention to detail - to ensure polished and consistent work.
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with internal, business and project teams to align on objectives, messaging, and visual direction
- Work on multiple projects with a focus on quality, timelines, and consistency
- Contribute to a collaborative workflow, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment.
Growth & Innovation- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices
- Contribute ideas to enhance visual storytelling and communication approaches
- Leverage new technologies and tools to propose innovative solutions.
What You'll Bring :
- ≥2 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio
- Bachelor's degree preferred in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word)
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
- Curiosity about Generative AI and emerging design tech.
Good to Have- Basic skills in motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with web/UI tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Framer)
- Experience with Google Slides, Sites, and other G Suite tools.
- Portfolio Requirement [ Must Included in Resume]
- Strong portfolio (at least 3-5 pieces) demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across various mediums.
