- Experience in creating cohesive visual narratives across various marketing channels
- Knowledge of current marketing design trends and best practices
- Understanding of marketing principles and how design supports marketing objectives
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- A proactive attitude and a hunger to learn and grow in a startup setting
