Role Snapshot:
We’re looking for a Visual Designer to shape Wokelo’s visual identity across digital channels. You’ll craft social media creatives including static posts, carousels, infographics, and event assets, that translate complex ideas into sharp, credible visuals for finance and consulting audiences.
What You’ll Own:
Social Media Creative Production: Design high-quality static posts, carousels, and infographics for LinkedIn campaigns, founder branding, and event promotions.
Visual Storytelling: Turn product, client, and event narratives into on-brand visuals for professional audiences.
Design Ops: Build and maintain asset libraries, templates, and brand guidelines for consistent, repeatable output.
Campaign Support: Partner with marketing on assets for product launches, newsletters, and event collateral.
Brand Stewardship: Uphold Wokelo’s enterprise tone—clean, credible, outcomes-first—across every touchpoint.
Web/Email Collateral: Provide visuals for landing pages, nurture emails, and product packs.
Must-Have Skills:
2-3 years of relevant experience with graphics & UI.
A strong portfolio of social/digital design (carousels, infographics, campaign assets).
Proficiency in Figma and Canva; solid command of layout, grids, hierarchy, typography, and spacing.
Proven ability to design creatives that engage finance/consulting audiences.
An exceptional eye for detail and aesthetics.
Speed and ownership: ship on time, iterate quickly on feedback, and manage multiple priorities.
Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with B2B SaaS or financial services content and tone.
Basic motion skills (simple reels, animated slides) and/or video editing.
Light web skills (Webflow or basic HTML/CSS) for landing-page polish.
Comfort with copy-pairing (headlines, caption framing) and social performance basics.
Exposure to brand systems (iconography, illustration, component libraries).
Experience with AI-assisted design workflows (e.g., image generation, mockup automation).
